Adult Faith Formation opportunities at Grace & Holy Spirit offer participants a chance to explore theology, Scripture, and current events in the context of our life experiences. Space is held for doubt, mystery, tradition, and imagination.

Our current offering is a small group, online, Thursday evenings that combines Christian theology and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy as we reflect on suffering, meditation, letting go, acceptance (especially when we’d rather avoid!), and living out the values of our faith.
